the train systems are complicated

on top of the subway is this above-ground train system, which extends much further.

often you're spoiled for choices of which lines and stations to use.  there are at least three stations within 5 minutes or so of where i live in akasaka.  there are about 6 stations within a short walk of my office.

i've discovered that using these controls, I can turn my bathroom into a sauna!

this is located in the kitchen.

i'm not sure why this is necessary in Tokyo.  i didn't have a floor heating system in Boston.

i think this relates to letting people into my apartment tower.
